CHICKEN LOLLYPOP:

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Lollypop pieces: 10
Curd: Four table-spoons
Ginger-Garlic Paste : one tea-spoon
Orange Food Colour: one teaspoon
Maida: Four tablespoons
Salt as per taste, Oil to fry
 
Steps:
1. Marinate chicken lollypop pieces with salt and curd. Keep aside for 2 hours.
2. Mix Maida, the paste, colour and water together to form a gravy-type mixture (don't make watery, it should be thick as we make it for Pakodas).
3. Dip the chicken lollypop pieces in the mixture and fry in oil. (Keep the gas on low flame)
4. Garnish with Cabbage slices and serve hot with Chilly / Tomato Sauce.
